Built well.
Looked after.

Websites, security, automation, and design from one person who stays responsible after launch.

Services

Five disciplines.
One accountable partner.

Most shops do one of these and hand you off for the rest. I do all five, which is why the pieces actually fit together.

01

Build

Built to load fast and stay easy to edit.

  • WordPress or hand-coded, whichever the project calls for
  • Written for search
  • Yours to edit — and shown how
  • Migrations without losing ground

From $1,500

02

Secure

Protection scaled to a business without an IT department.

  • A review first — credited in full toward the work
  • DNS, SSL, and Cloudflare configured
  • Email that reaches inboxes — SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • Old logins and stale access closed

From $250

03

Automate

Repetitive work turned into a system.

  • A paid review first — credited toward the build
  • Forms, data, documents, and follow-up connected
  • AI-assisted tools with approval built in
  • Kept human-controlled where it matters

From $1,500

04

Maintain

The unglamorous work that keeps a site healthy.

  • Updates kept current, backups actually tested
  • Uptime and certificates watched daily
  • One hour of changes included each month
  • Automation care available per workflow

$125 / month

05

Design

Identity and photography, from the same hands that build the site.

  • Logos and brand identity
  • Brochures, cards, and social templates
  • Photography — food, product, events
  • Print-ready files, not screenshots

From $350

Project work is quoted flat, not hourly — half to reserve the schedule, the balance at launch, two rounds of revisions at each stage. Prices hold through December 2026. Hosting, domains, and licenses are billed at cost. You own your accounts, your domain, and your files, whether or not we keep working together.

Repair

Something already broken?

A button that goes nowhere, a form that stopped delivering, an expired certificate, a site that's been hacked, or a developer who stopped answering. I take these on.

Selected work

Built for people without time to babysit technology.

Clinics, nonprofits, and the trades — across Fairfield County and, just as often, remote.

Healthcare · Queens, NY

2023 — Present

A physical therapy practice.

Challenge

A site nobody could edit, hosting nobody could log into, and no backup anyone had ever tested.

Work

Rebuilt the site, moved hosting, set up tested nightly backups, and cleaned up who had access to what.

Now

Running since 2023 with the same person maintaining it. Staff update their own hours and services.

E-commerce & print

2020 — Present

An equipment reseller.

Good equipment that photographed like junk — now a catalog that sells it.

Challenge

Product photography that made good equipment look like junk, and no consistent look across listings or print.

Work

Built a repeatable photo setup and shot the catalog, then carried the identity into brochures and seasonal marketing.

Now

Six years of listings, print, and event work under one visual system.

About

Javier Napoles

I started in design — a graphic design degree, then years of photography and print — and moved toward the technical side because clients kept needing one person for both.

Now that means infrastructure, DNS and certificates, deployments, and monitoring. I hold CompTIA Security+ and run my own detection lab, which is a long way of saying I take the boring parts seriously.
